My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfy; however, the sofa bed was hard, and despite requesting extra padding, I was only given another duvet, which was a letdown for my son. The service was excellent, with efficient and friendly staff. The location was perfect for downtown activities, right in the heart of Minneapolis, close to great restaurants and entertainment. The dining options were modern, and the bar stays open late.

The service was top-notch. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, offering excellent concierge service. Housekeeping was efficient, and they even reached out to apologize for any shortcomings during my stay.

The hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient, with all the places we visited just a short drive away thanks to the parking card. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned, lacking in natural light, and we opted not to use the sofa bed for sleeping even with the amenities we selected. The service was top-notch, especially with the thoughtful gesture of engaging us in conversation about my daughter's vintage Prince t-shirt. The downtown location was ideal, and having everything we needed in the attached business concierge suite made the stay even better. The dining experience in the executive lounge was consistent with great offerings but a bit repetitive, while facilities were overall satisfying.
